Fred is very experienced and knows the ins and outs of the construction rehab business including all the wonderful nuances of OLD houses! Fred was the GC at my 1969 house in Granbury, Texas. This was my first house. He literally led me through the process, teaching me along the way. He spent time answering my questions and keeping me informed week by week. When you are paying for Hard money, you don't want to waste time! Fred made sure we stayed on schedule while navigating a complete plumbing system renovation, city permits, weather and you name it! I never felt nervous throughout the process. Even on the last day his crew was there doing their final cleaning, Moe and Corey took extra time to help me with last-minute requests from my new tenant - Could you put some wood decking in the attic so I can store my things? You will be informed from the beginning to the end - from the GC bid (very detailed) to the finished product. He made the HM draw process very easy - he gives you detailed draw requests and he keeps good records of costs; items completed and draw amounts. He does quality work! Also, you can't help but become friends with Fred as you complete a project with him. He is just a fair, honest and nice person! My house in Granbury is beautiful, and we just signed a lease with a new tenant. I am now looking for my next house! And I hope Fred will be on my team!

Fred was an awesome General Contractor for our first rental house. He was detailed and worked to complete within the allotted time. His Scope of Work was set up to make Draw Requests simple. We are out of town investors, we have had three previous rehabs. Working with Fred and his Team was definitely the BEST experience. Fred communicates well in a variety of ways. He takes good before and after pictures and videos. He answers phone calls and text promptly. One thing we really appreciate as out of town investors is that he takes responsibility of the project, helping to keep the cost down, giving us updates and finishing on time. Fred and his team did an excellent job! You might find cheaper but you won't find Better. 🙂 🙂 🙂
